Take control of programmable devices with JTAGMaster, a fully integrated solution for testing, diagnosing and programming FPGAs and JTAG-compatible devices. Using industry-standard boundary-scan technology, JTAGMaster lets engineers observe and control individual pins, identify faults within a device chain, and build repeatable test procedures with images, datasheets, and reporting.
Supporting JAM, STAPL and SVF programming files, JTAGMaster can configure devices and verify their operation before and after programming. It also supports EEPROM programming through external adapters. Device libraries can be expanded using manufacturer BSDL files, while ABI software provides automated learning, pin-to-pin comparison and flexible test creation for faster, more consistent diagnostics.
