Designed to work exclusively with ABI’s range of test instruments, the MMS can deliver high-level results without the need for programming and for a fraction of the cost of a traditional ATE, PXI or LXI instrumentation. Multiple test solutions can be easily set up for high channel count applications.
The MMS matrix interface offers 256 cross points to connect any channel to any channel, with up to 16 unique paths at a time. The MMS can also be used as multiplexer or de-multiplexer and is an economical alternative to automate low to medium volume test requirements. Combining the power of ABI’s Ultimate software and range of instrumentation, it delivers a unique solution to functionally test at volume, identify signal routing for design verification and data acquisition, and automatically measure and compare signals from up to 64 points on a circuit.
